The Young Lawyers Division panel will discuss how young lawyers and law students can find ways to harness the new hybrid environment, cultivate mentors and sponsors, and develop their careers. Working in a hybrid environment creates new perspectives and opportunities, in addition to roadblocks. This panel will explore how to navigate different organizational cultures and work environments.
