TIED’s (Talent, Inclusion, Engagement and Diversity) primarily goal is to help those Denver professionals who work in diversity and inclusion. TIED is, more impressively, a community group and everyone volunteers their time and talent to be a part of it. In fact, members are not required to pay dues to be a part of TIED, but voluntarily find money in their company’s budget to finance TIED’s programs and offer their space to host its meetings – they are true believers and supporters of the organization, which is a heartfelt testimony to the work TIED does. TIED members are organizations with a Colorado presence and participate in collaborative dialogue about diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, employee network groups, recruitment, retention and career/leadership development initiatives. They focus on diversity and inclusion business challenges and solutions to positively impact our employees, markets, customer satisfaction and shareholder value.

Additionally, the TIED Leadership Roundtable regularly meets to engage national and global organizations. At their annual conference, they aim to increase discussion and collaboration around issues impacting employee engagement in order to share and establish best practices. Employee engagement includes, but is not limited to, organization’s diversity and inclusion (D/I), corporate social responsibility, recruitment/ retention, and career/leadership development initiatives and activities.
