Karen Hester
Chief Executive Officer

Karen Hester, JD, LL.M. in Taxation, has more than 10 years of experience working in diversity and inclusiveness. In 2015, she was named a Diversity Champion by NALP’s Diversity & Inclusion Section, which recognized 11 individuals nationally. She is an accomplished trainer, presenter, facilitator, and industry leader on the topic of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

Karen is a former practicing attorney and the former Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Kansas School of Law. She has multiple degrees: a law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law, an M.S. in student personnel and counseling, and a B.S. in mathematics from Kansas State University.

Abhinav (Abe) Kaul
Chief Operating Officer

Abe Kaul has a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Linfield College, degrees he has since used to work on political campaigns. He worked to improve organizational inclusiveness as a former board member of the Seattle University School of Law Student Bar Association and of the Denver Young Democrats. As the Vice President of the North American South Asian Law Students Association, he helped plan and run their national conference in Washington D.C. in 2011. Abe has lived in Denver since 2014 and enjoys hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails, reading, and debating politics with his friends.

Mary-Frances Main

Mary-Frances Main has owned her own Marketing and Web design firm for over 15 years. With experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Internet and new media marketing as well as blogging and online publishing, she’s been at the forefront of the changing world of marketing. Mary-Frances has worked with over 30 organizations and companies worldwide including India and Africa and worked to effectively blend new and traditional forms of marketing.   She has worked on marketing for a diverse group of non profit organizations as well as serving on multiple non-profit boards. Mary-Frances has spoken on panels about social media for Broomfield Chamber of Commerce, Cherry Creek Business Women’s Network and African Travel Association. She has her AA from Cottey College in Nevada, Missouri as well as a BFA from Colorado State University.
