On May 10th, I learned the sad news on the passing of Judge Wiley Daniel, a great mentor and friend to me, and an avid supporter and past board member of CLI. 

If you haven't had the chance, I invite you to watch this video of him, created when he was awarded the Lifetime Recipient Award at our gala. 

He discussed his past and the importance of having a more diverse legal profession. Feel free to post your personal memories in the comment section.  It's a great way for us to remember the wonderful impact he had on each of us.

Help Support a Student to Attend Journey to JD 

Journey to JD is an immersion program that offers diverse Colorado high school students an interactive experience with the legal profession. This initiative is a one-week residential program, hosted at the University of Colorado, for twenty diverse rising high school juniors.

Your gift today, no matter how big or small, will support a student as they begin their Journey to their JD.

Diversity Career Fair Registration is Open

For the first time ever, a career fair/informational interview has been added to the Summit.  Law students may interview with employers, and attorneys have the opportunity to meet with, and drop off their resumes to, employers.
